Delivery & Returns

Our service organizes free delivery to cities in France.

As part of delivery, the weight is determined from 0.5 kg to 1.5 kg per smartphone.

Outside of France, delivery is determined by third party delivery services that you pay for yourself on the courier side (e.g. FedEx)

Note

a) The estimated arrival time depends solely on the information provided by the courier service you choose. SaleDigitalShop is not responsible if the delivery date is different from the actual arrival date of your order.

b) The goods must be signed for. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available.

c) If items are returned to “Sale DigitalShop” due to incorrect or incomplete address, shipping costs may not be refunded by courier.

d) In exceptional cases we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.

e) Les livraisons le samedi sont à la discrétion des coursiers, selon notre expérience, dans la plupart des cas, ils choisissent de livrer aux adresses le samedi matin.

Terms and conditions:

• The delivery date of the shipment to the assigned “Sale Digital Shop” store cannot be specified.
• The shipment may arrive at the assigned “Sale Digital Shop” within 2-3 days of shipment.
• “Sale Digital Shop” opening hours may differ from store to store. Please refer to store listing for details.
